President
Barry Hertz is the Founder of Track Data Corporation (TDC). Barry also served as Chairman of Innodata Corporation until 2001. Innodata is a publicly traded company co-founded by Barry and is a global outsourcing provider of Internet and on-line digital content services. TDC was a principal stockholder of Innodata. Barry has a Masters in Mathematics from NYU (1970).
Controller
Aviva Blumberg has been the Corporate Controller of Track Data Corporation since 1987. Aviva is a holder of the Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 securities licenses. Aviva has a Masters in Accounting from Brooklyn College (1971).
Chief Financial Officer
Martin Kaye has been CFO of the Company from March 1996 to the present. He also served as CFO and Board Member of Innodata Corporation, a public company, from October 1993 to May 2001. Prior thereto he was a Partner at Deloitte & Touche, CPA's, from 1982 to 1993. He is a CPA and a graduate of Baruch College with a BBA (1970).
